Michelle’s Nutrition programs will introduce you to all kinds of great foods that can be implemented into any lifestyle, so there is no need to fear the mundane, boring and tasteless “diet”. Through each program, you will learn multiple different ways of choosing, preparing and keeping the right foods for your lifestyle, including any special requirements for athletes or diet restrictions.

 

 

 

 

Fat Burner Basics

This introductory program is all about learning how to eat again, based on a series of basics delivered through online modules that show you how to set the foundations for success in your transformation. Some of the topics you will cover include:

  • What does your food intake currently look like?

  • Where are your calories coming from right now?

  • What are macros and why do they really matter?

  • Look at the best time to eat in order to optimise your workouts and recovery

  • Understand what is really stopping you from getting the body you want

  • How to match your nutrition to your training style

Through this program, you will learn and implement the essentials for starting your new journey and transformation. As you move through each week, you will start to feel better, have more energy and develop great habits that keep you focused.

Level #1 – Tracking and Membership

Take the next step to true ownership of your new healthy lifestyle and connect with Michelle and her membership network with this Tracking and Membership Program. Create a personalised nutrition plan and approach to your goals with the support of multiple online resources, including contact with Michelle directly.

  • Initial phone assessment to understand goals and set targets

  • Access to the Keystone app for planning and tracking daily food intake, build your own recipes, track measurements, add progress photos and document weight changes

  • Access to the Michelle Reeves online membership group with resources to help you along your journey, including cookbooks, private facebook group with weekly live sessions and content, weekly blogs

  • Email correspondence with Michelle available

Level #2 – Personalised 1:1 Coaching

Need a little bit more support? Have an event or competition coming up? If so, the Personalised 1:1 Coaching Program will be for you.

Including all of the level #1 program highlights, this next level program gives you direct and weekly access to Michelle personally, via phone or skype/zoom calls. During these calls you will work through all your numbers, wins and challenges, gaining personalised insights and education as you go. This is a great options for athletes who compete in weight focused sports.

  • Initial phone assessment to understand goals and set targets

  • Weekly 15 min Coaching Calls to discuss progress and make updates to your program

  • Access to the Keystone app for planning and tracking daily food intake, build your own recipes, track measurements, add progress photos and document weight changes
